Your order will be sent within 2-3 working days, and once dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information so that you can keep an eye on its progress.

Acknowledgement

To ensure the timely delivery of your order, please ensure that your delivery information is accurate and complete. In case of any errors or omissions, we may need to contact you for an update, which could cause further delays. Please also be aware that customs clearance can also cause delivery delays.

Please note that we do not offer a reshipping arrangement for parcels that are returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses or unavailability.

Returns

Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of delivery. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges after this period. Your item must be in its original packaging and the same condition as when you received it to be eligible for a return.

If you wish to initiate a return, contact us at hello@inkedindarkness.com. We will provide you with instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs, and we recommend using a tracked service. We do not accept items sent back to us without a prior return request.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if it is damaged, or if you received the wrong item. It is important to report any damages within 48 hours. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/non-returnable items

We are unable to accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, we will automatically refund the original payment method. Please note that we will not refund the original shipping charges. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
