Please be aware that orders may experience shipping delays during special releases, major holidays, and markdown periods. Additionally, we are unable to ship to P.O. box addresses.

Please note that if your order has already passed the point where changes can be made, any issues arising from an incorrect address will be the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping
You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is dispatched. If you cannot find your tracking information, please contact us at hello@inkedindarkness.com.
We work with multiple shipping providers, including FedEx, DHL, Royal Mail, and Blue Dart. The selected provider depends on the order’s weight, destination, and shipping method.
We currently ship to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom (UK), Ireland, United States (US), Canada, and Brazil.
Returns
Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of delivery. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges after this period. Your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it to be eligible for a return.
If you wish to initiate a return, contact us at hello@inkedindarkness.com. We will provide you with instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs, and we recommend using a tracked service. We do not accept items sent back to us without a prior return request.
For us to give you the best possible product, we will require between 2 and 4 business days to prepare your order.
Production for orders placed during a sale takes between 3 and 5 business days.
Please be advised that once a tracking number has proof of delivery attached to it, any lost, damaged, or stolen items are not the responsibility of Inked In Darkness. All risks are assumed by the courier.
